The leader in the construction of houses is today the frame type of structure. After all, houses based on the frame are in no way inferior in strength to buildings from brick or logs. In addition, this type of construction will be faster.
The frame can be designed both from metal profile and from wooden beams. It all depends on your preferences. First, the full frame is mounted, starting from the foundation to the roof. That is why it is important to initially prepare the project of the future home: to determine the number of floors, useful area, and other features. The design of the frame itself is the main building element, so you need to strengthen the frame by distributing the load of the structure and strengthening it with special supports.
For casing, you can use boots made of wood chips or plywood. The supports for the frame are placed in the corners and aligned with the building level. Brick 200*200 or 150*150 mm is used as strips for corners. The size depends on the thickness of the seal. Do not forget about the supply of communications to the house, for this, decide in advance where the water and gas pipes will be located, for the fastening of which the support is needed, selected in size of the diameter.
The lower breeze from the beam will be the base of the wall of the frame. Before laying it, ensure reliable waterproofing between the foundation and it. Three layers of roofing material can be laid. Put the bars strictly at an angle of 90 degrees, aligning them with a square.
The walls of the house are erected in several layers of the type of sandwich. This is how high heat resistance is ensured even with a small wall thickness. The structure is usually insulated with mineral wool slabs. Do not forget about the system of hydraulic – and windproof membrane.
