Features of modern bath premises are determined in the vast majority of the actual size of these structures. As for the size of the bath, this indicator is almost entirely determined by the number of people who use the bath at the same time. Another limiting cause may be the area of the plot for the bathhouse, and in the option with an electric stove – the maximum allowable electric (consumed) furnace power, that is, the load on the mains.
The most common material for arranging a bath is wood, more often in the form of a log, less often – carved, glued or profiled timber. A cheaper design will be a bathhouse made of shield materials – lining, waterproofing and insulation. But the most durable, although the most expensive, is a brick bathhouse. The foundation is most often a columnar or strip structure. It is worth saying that recently it has been gaining more and more popularity, the so -called, floating type of foundation. This is nothing more than a whole reinforced concrete slab placed on a special bulk pillow. Differing in a higher price, but incomparably greater durability, such a foundation is very resistant to soil instability during seasonal temperature differences. This is a very important point in particular for the domestic climate, especially if you take into account the temperature changes that take place in our country.
