In order to carry out the installation of the device of suspended ceilings, two systems are most often used – wedge and harpoons. The wedge system involves the use of a canvas, the size of which is slightly larger compared to the real size of the ceiling zone. Installation is most advisable to carry out the canvas during tension, all unnecessary residues under the influence of the heat gun are cut off. The harpoon system in the most thorough way uses measurements of the ceiling zone, and then, based on certain sizes, an order of the corresponding size of the canvas is carried out. This technique is quite widespread, due to the fact that there is no need to cut off excesses of the canvas.
In this case, it is necessary to take into account the fact that such a system involves the tension of the canvas without preliminary heating. This system is presented in the form of seamless ceilings. A similar system has the main feature – there is no need to use gas electric heaters. There are no all kinds of joints and seams in such a canvas.
The peculiarity of stretch ceilings is that they are very resistant to moisture and water, which is why, if desired, they can be equipped even in those rooms in which there is an increased level of humidity. Even when water gets, it will be possible to eliminate the drain hole.
