If the anchor plate is laid in the foundation during its structure, a pipe of the same size as in the previous case should be put on the foundation bolt, to fill the same oil seal from two ends between the pipe and the foundation bolt, leaving between the bolt head and the lower end of the pipe the distance by 5-10 mm more than the height of the anchor plate (including ledges).
After that, lower the foundation bolt assembled with a pipe into the well, pass its head through a rectangular hole in the stove, rotate and install relative to the plate, as in the previous case. Then you should tighten the bolt until it stops into the anchor plate and, supporting it in this position, lower the pipe with the blows of the hammer until it stops into the anchor plate.
After installing all the foundation bolts in the wells, cleaning and degreasing the lower supporting surface of the subframe, it is fed to the foundation and lowered to temporary lining or adjusting bolts on supporting tiles, following the coincidence of holes in the subframe with foundation bolts and directing them to the holes.
Then, in both of the above cases, the subframe’s position in the horizontal and vertical planes is checked and regulated as well as the foundation frame directly installed on the foundation.
Given the permissible upper and lower support surfaces of the foundation frame and the fact that the installation on the subframe is made without gaskets, the position of the subframe should be adjusted so that the deviation of its upper processed surfaces from horizontality does not exceed 0.05 mm per 1 m of length in the longitudinal and 0.15 mm per 1 m length in the transverse direction.
Planning and lack of deformation of the upper processed surface of the subframe are checked by means of a verification ruler and probe. With a completely processed surface of the subframe, it is possible to allow the passage of the probe in some places with a thickness of not more than 0.05 mm at a length of not more than 50 mm between the ruler and the processed surface of the subframe, with the exception of the location of the foundation frame attaching to the subframe, where in some places the probe is allowed in separate places no more than 0.03 mm.
