This decision was published on April twenty -fifth at the next meeting of the Town Planning Commission. In addition, the government provided additional territories for the construction of garage complexes on the Oktyabrsky and Troitska Avenue for the construction of garage and Troitsk. As for the territory in the village of Kokoshkino, the Urban Planning and Earth Commission increased the deadline for the execution of the object located by fourteen square kilometers of the area. Currently, the construction campaign “signal” is working in accordance with the lease agreement for the year. In the day, the signal campaign received permission to build two hundred twenty -eight garage premises (boxes), as well as construction projects. However, as it turned out, only one section of the garage premises is ready for delivery. On the territory where the second section should already be, the foundation is laid down. This fact negatively affected the result of the assessment of the campaign activity. Nevertheless, the builder’s campaign states that in the near future, the construction will be in full force. As you know, materials and payment to the workers are from the “personal” pocket of the “Signal” campaign.As for Michurinsky Prospekt, the quarter N 18 is in the construction stage. On the territory of the object, the situation is much better than in the village of Kokoshkino. Its total area is eleven and a half square kilometers, and approximate capacity is three hundred cars. Currently, the construction complex “Nikulinsky-23” is operating on the territory of the facility.The commission established that the construction schemes and the standards of the location of garage complexes are overtaken by the stated norms. In addition, it was said that the construction of the project of the road (as a continuation of the Oktyabrsky Avenue) requires radical measures: cleaning the site from iron garage buildings, the presence of which is due to short -term contracts for the lease of land plots. For the same purpose, the developers allocated additional land plots.
