Its authors managed to create an attractive and elegant image of a circus building located in a busy resort center, skillfully fit the volume and silhouette of the circus into the surrounding landscape into the existing urban planning environment. The building was delivered at the picturesque descent of the boulevard connecting the resort prospect with the sea.
The skillful use of the relief difference made it possible to conveniently place a set of auxiliary services and premises that does not interfere with the perception of the main volume of the building. The most remarkable here is the fact that the circus arena and its spectator part for the first time in the practice of building such structures have natural lighting; This gives the whole building an emphasized southern character. Thanks to the adopted planning and compositional decision, the authors have achieved an extraordinary variety of possible viewing points, from which the building can be considered. On the part of the resort prospectus, the main volume of the building is perceived as integral and completed – this is an elegant and thinly drawn -up staby cylinder towering above the entire complex. with a brilliant ribbed aluminum coating and overlapping windows luminous in evening hours, which give the roof of the building even greater lightness and decorativeness. On the side of the descent to the sea, it is harmoniously combined with the stylobate of auxiliary rooms, a light volume with a “sharp silhouette” emphasized by the upper lamp of the ceiling, plasticly completing the expressive tent of the dome part of the building. With soft, crumbling lines of ceilings, frieze and open balcony of the main building, light exits to the open gallery and the protruding ends of the console beams supporting this gallery contrast
